Gargi Vidya Sabha established a small plant, Gauri Shanker Kanya Mahavidyalaya, on 2nd September 1996 in the pious land of Bulandshahr. Like a new small plant, this college appeared as a big tree by its dedication to human values, culture, and karma. Presently, being a successful college, it is making a strong educational environment in society. In the series of these great achievements, Gauri Shankar Kanya Mahavidyalaya consistently represents excellent results in university examinations. Gauri Shankar Kanya Mahavidyalaya is continuing on the path of success with the aim of value-based education. This college is also conscious of empowering girls and developing a spirit of public welfare.

In 1996-1997, the college achieved temporary affiliation in six subjects at the graduation level from CCS University, Meerut. Due to the significant examination results and great image of the university, the college has also gained permanent affiliation.

The College has also achieved permanent affiliation for its excellent results and best image setup in the University. from the 2015–16 B.Com. session, and M.A. (Home Science) at the post-graduation level again started in the college. In the present session, approximately 920 students are getting an education. All Academic activities and other curricular activities are undertaken with a well-planned scheme to enhance the individual moral development of a student. From the very beginning, the members of management also cooperated continuously. All the facilities are available in the college building to arrange all the activities efficiently. The college building was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of U.P., Shri Kalyan Singh Ji, on 21.11.1997. Presently, there are 20 lecture rooms and one administrative building in the college. In the administrative building, there is a principal office, a clerical office and computer rooms, and a secretary’s room.
