Dr Anshu Bansal has been working in the institute for the last 30 years, since when the college was a very tiny plant. The very first day, i.e., 2 September 1996, was a very pious day when the college was started on that day. Dr Anshu Bansal joined the college. In this period college has grown gradually. In the starting college, only 156 girls have started in the college. In BA 1st year only 6 subjects were there. In 2005 B.Com. and M.A. Home Science were started in the college. Our college achieves every success in the society. Dr Anshu Bansal has an M.A. in economics, a B. Ed, a PhD and an MBA. She focused about the girls every aspects. She is a member of many social organisations. She is the Chairperson of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), in which the committee handles the sexual abuse case for those below 18 years. child labour, child marriage, orphans, POCSO, and child victims in each case.
